This week on the Forum we will be continuing our discussion of African specialty food with Portia Formento, a New York Food critic, as well as featuring an in-house SAIBL analysis of African Specialty Food prospects in the U.S. going into 2011.
On Thursday we will also release our 2010 SAIBL e-catalog! It features a selection of empowered and/or black owned South African businesses in wine, gift-ware, and specialty food. As noted last week, this catalog has much to offer both industry professionals and consumers, and we hope you will share it with anyone that enjoys authentic, high quality, socially responsible South African products.
