Supplier Diversity: The run up to the NMSDC Conference in Miami

In just over a week the annual NMSDC conference will begin in Miami, Florida. This year the South African Supplier Diversity Council (SASDC) will be sending a delegation to spread the word about the SASDC, meet with potential members, and keep their ears to the ground for best practices in supplier diversity. In the run up to the conference we will be sharing a variety of exciting supplier diversity content including interviews with procurement officers in the U.S. about the specifics of their supplier diversity programs,as well as an interview with Gary Joseph (Director of Corporations and Linkages, NBI) about the SASDC. John James, the SAIBL chief of party, will also be contributing a piece on the social consequences of inaction. We are very excited to participate in this year's NMSDC conference, and will be posting our teams observations and analysis every day starting Sunday, October 24th.
